1. Returns
You have 10 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange, contact us at sidequestsalesusa@gmail.com.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
